The room, described as a double room, felt small, to small for my liking. the noise from outside made sleeping difficult, especially with trams running at all hours. i wasnt expecting it to be this loud. the breakfast didnt impress me much either. It felt very basic and uninspired.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a breakfast pack since we had an early tour to catch (a thoughtful touch!).

The room was a bit small. It felt a little enclosed, even with the tall ceilings. There was some noise from traffic outside the hotel, even on the fourth floor. It bothered me a bit at night.

i was pretty frustrated. the breakfast was pretty basic. the same stuff was there every morning, which got old fast. also, our room's door lock was bent and didn't close properly. the door had a big gap, so it wasn't secure at all.
