The breakfast included a NICE variety of options. The staff were approachable and helpful . The location was great for accessing different parts of the area.

The room felt enclosed, even with the tall ceilings. There was noticeable noise pollution from traffic and trams outside the hotel. The heating lacked a thermostat to control the temperature in the room.

the staff seemed friendly enough.

The room, described as a double room, felt small, to small for my liking. the noise from outside made sleeping difficult, especially with trams running at all hours. i wasnt expecting it to be this loud. the breakfast didnt impress me much either. It felt very basic and uninspired.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a breakfast pack since we had an early tour to catch (a thoughtful touch!).

The room was a bit small. It felt a little enclosed, even with the tall ceilings. There was some noise from traffic outside the hotel, even on the fourth floor. It bothered me a bit at night.

Check-in was fast the reception desk was efficient. The room had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The front desk staff offered helpful guidance through the city.

The meal selection in the restaurant was limited I noticed.

basic breakfast bent door lock

i was pretty frustrated. the breakfast was pretty basic. the same stuff was there every morning, which got old fast. also, our room's door lock was bent and didn't close properly. the door had a big gap, so it wasn't secure at all.
